Simple Knowledge Organization System (SKOS) is a family of formal languages designed for representation of thesauri, classification schemes, taxonomies, subject-heading systems, or any other type of structured controlled vocabulary. SKOS is built upon RDF and RDFS, and its main objective is to enable easy publication of controlled structured vocabularies for the Semantic Web. SKOS is currently developed within the W3C framework. Consuming and producing linked data in a content management system

At this summer's Institutional Web Management Workshop in Sheffield (IWMW 2010), I demonstrated how it is becoming feasible for a content management system both to consume and to produce linked data resources.
